Here at Roy G. Weaver Excavating, Inc., our roots run deep in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. For well over 200 years, our branch of the family tree has cultivated, cared and enhanced the beautiful landscape in Tinicum and Bedminster Townships.

Our founder, Roy G. Weaver, was born on his family farm in Erwinna, PA in the 1930’s. Roy learned all aspects of farming and agriculture from his father, Grant Weaver. He honed his skills working the land for over 30 years and in the 1960’s, his forward thinking led to a new branch of the family business and Roy G. Weaver Excavating was born. Throughout the years, his excavating company grew and in the 1970’s, Roy welcomed his son Randy onboard as an apprentice. Under the tutelage of his father, Randy has learned all aspects of the business. From meeting and collaborating with clients, drawing up proposals and bids and completing projects within budget and on time, Randy has mastered his craft.

Throughout the years though, our philosophy here, has remained the same, listen to the customer, and work with and for them in a fair and respectful way because at the end of the day – your name is on that job and integrity is everything.
